We use advanced technology with diesel truck-mounted equipment and the Hydro-X Extreme Extractor™. This drying method is five to six times faster than conventional methods and Accutech is one of only two companies in our area that have it.
A lot of “dry-out specialists” will tear your carpet away from the wall and put fans underneath the carpet for days, until perhaps it gets dry. Unnecessary! It also more dust and allergens circulating in the air with little or no access to the flooded area. Accutech has a better way for water restoration and Sarasota dry-out. The Hydro-X Extreme Extractor™ compresses carpet and pad to remove all the water without having to rip the carpet away from the wall.
One moisture meter isn’t enough. Two moisture meters just isn’t enough. We use three different types of moisture meters to thoroughly make sure your carpets and home are completely dry. Three meters are required to measure moisture levels in water-damaged areas and guard against future mold growth. The first meter measures moisture amounts in flooring, the second measures baseboards, cabinets, walls and ceilings to determine if water has penetrated these secondary areas and the third measures the humidity in the air. All three are imperative for total dry-out and water restoration. Make sure the company you choose uses all three meters for your peace of mind.
