Came home from a great vacation to a flooded house from a failed water heater. Accutech was at my house fast and prepared. They turned a very stressful situation into a solvable problem. They showed up every day and gave me updates along the way. They also worked directly with my insurance company. Can not thank them enough!!!
We arrived home from a three-month RV journey to find that our air handler's drain was plugged and the whole house was flooded. Fortunately, we were able to live in our RV in the driveway while the Accutech people did their thing over the next 60 days! These folks were in constant communication and everyone they brought here to work were friendly and professional. Alicia, my contact there, maintained professional contact and kept us appraised of every step. They worked extremely well with USAA, who also did a wonderful job! We experienced just about everything a family could with the repair. Everything in the home was professionally packed-up and transported for storage while the home was in "mold mitigation for several weeks! All in all, we were VERY pleased with the services and workmanship of the contractors Accutech engaged. This horrible experience was made very tolerable because of the professionalism of this company!
