Our house had, what we thought was 2 roof leaks & an upstairs 2nd story AC leak all within 2weeks in 2018. We tried going through our homeowners insurance to help us dry out the house & get it repaired, but the workers did an improper job and left us hanging with large holes in our walls & ceilings. So, we called Tom Warmbold from Accutech, who said they could do it -- take care of everything, the water damage, mold remediation, and home restoration, including floors, ceiling, and walls. What a relief! Accutech worked extremely well in concert with the mold testing and AC guys to clean the AC ducts and units, mold remediate, rip up 3 rooms, repair all the damage, and refloor the whole continuous floors of the upstairs of our house. By the time they were done, you couldn't tell we had had any damage. We were thrilled w the quality of their work and with the prospect of finally being able to move back into our house again. We were having our roof ripped off & replaced in concert with all this work. Unfortunately, when we moved back in we found a new large 3rd roof leak, in a separate location, that had since been repaired by the roofers, but the water had already gotten in & caused the damage. We called Accutech immediately (crying) with the new found water damage. They were over the next day, Tom evaluated it, and even though his crew had finished our job and were about to move onto their next project, he had his crew over the following day to take care of the problem, that turned out to be a massive amount of water damage affecting 2 large rooms, which had to be ripped up, mold remediated, & redone w new walls, ceiling, and floors as well. They worked extra hard and got us back into our house for the holidays, which we really appreciated! The process was clearly a nightmare, but Tom & his crew made it go as smoothly as possible. The price of for this work was very fair, especially compared to other quotes we had gotten. The whole Accutech team was caring, professional, hard working, had good communication, worked together well, and trustworthy -- in a word, wonderful. Tom is honest, knowledgable, and answered all of our questions, and when he didn't know, referred us to the right people. We were very lucky to be in such good hands with Accutech. Thank you for giving us our home back & making it a safe home for us to live in!!

I recently had an air conditioner overflow line that blocked up and flooded into my guestroom closet that has cedar flooring. I called Accutech the next morning as soon as they opened and they had someone out within an hour! Luis was wonderful. He was very professional and and explained the process and set up the proper equipment to dry the closet. I DEFINITELY recommend them and WILL call them again - if needed.
